| Tiivistelmä: | To support the development of small-and medium-sized enterprises (SEMs) is an import condition to keep the current economic growth rate and solve the problems of layoff and reemployment. Today, SEMs are faces with a most critical shortage of funds. In terms of the financial support policy towards SEMs, it's been proposed to set up the financial organizational system to serve SEMs, to open new financing channels to provide SEMs with credit support, to make full use of advantages of financial sector so as to make the financial support services available and to expand financing channels to standardize the financial support system. |
