| Tiivistelmä: | The lever of inequality, which shows the difference between different provincial and local development and local inequality, is very serious at present and should be the most important task in the later development in China. Six policy suggestions need to be practice, they are, eliminate the favorable policy on the coastal areas, rebuild up central financial payment system,eliminate poor, guarantee the lowest lever of basic public service, improve backwards of local infrastructure and promote the flow of the productive elements. |
