| Tiivistelmä: | Compared with treasury bonds, the development of China enterprise bonds looks relatively lagged and slowdown. The reasons are related to the enterprise bonds themselves lacking of attraction, except the limitation of cash financing and imperfection of financing policies. Through adopting the successful experiences of bonds issue of mature capital market, this essay clarified that the key for accelerating the development of China enterprise bonds market and improving the financing structure of enterprise lies in the innovation of enterprise bonds, marketing strategy, and raising the investment value of enterprise bonds. |
