| Tiivistelmä: | The speed of economic growth will be down in the "tenth five-years plan" periods. The contribution of industrial growth to GDP will be the same as before or a little more than before. The tasks in the "tenth five" period will be framed based on the new concept that is to improve the growth by adjusting the structure. It should be clarified that structure must be given priority in the industrial development. The momentum to drive structural adjustment is from two aspects. One is from governmental drive, and the other is micro-enterprises' self-drive. The issues of currency deflation can not be solved unless intensify the micro-basis, then improve the competitive power of domestic enterprises as soon as possible. |
