| Tiivistelmä: | The defects of existing corporate system of the State-owned commercial banks are as follows. The property rights are unclear and there are no owners. The property right of the State-owned banks is but an empty shell; the organizational structure is not standard and scientific; the relations between the lead office and the branches and subbranches are not rationalized. The restructuring strategies are: first, to implement the shares system in which the State-owned holding commercial banks play a dominant role. Second, to rationalize the juristic person system and establish the principle status of commercial banks according to the requirements of modern enterprise system. |
