| Tiivistelmä: | The main reason of China's corporations' circulation obstacle is the existing financial system is the effect of transition economy, which can not suit for corporations development with a dark color of plan economy under the market economic condition. So we should carry out some privilege policies in finance and taxation, foster corporations' stock markets and annexing intervening organizations, such as investment banks, change bank's credit system of distributing according to regions and set up new credit system. |
