Tiivistelmä:Smart firms tend to consider their employees to be a company's most valuable asset. But really smart companies are aiming e-learning at an equally valuable asset: customers. Many hardware and software vendors have realized that the key to locking customers into their products is to provide training to the people who use them. E-learning can be a potent weapon in the competition for market share. Online training is even more important for those smaller, less well-established companies that rely on resellers to market their wares. Many observers believe that e-learning will become a decisively competitive advantage in the future.
