| Tiivistelmä: | The paper considers a major transformation in the world of pensions. The author states that from then, a new era of pensions provisions begins - the age of stakeholder. The author says that stakeholders pensions will be introduced in a couple of moths, and companies of all sizes must comply. He says that preparation is the key. The paper is divided into 5 sections. First, the author presents the new structure which imposes certain restrictions on pension providers then the author introduces criteria for existing offering of employers and answers the question whether the arrival of stakeholders necessarily mean that employers face an administrative nightmare. |
