Tiivistelmä:This article presents the results of a survey of almost 600 used-vehicle buyers, indicating significant relationships between consumer demographics and 1) the importance of advertising relative to other factors that consumers consider in selecting a used-vehicle seller; 2) the relative importance of advertising and other information that consumers consider in selecting a used-vehicle seller or a make/model of used vehicle; 3) the type of seller at which the consumer purchased the vehicle.
