| Tiivistelmä: | Entrepreneurs are often described as peculiar persons. Based on the so called "traits school" certain personnel characteristics, like need for achievement or internal locus of control, where found to be strongly developed for entrepreneurs. In the total the results of these investigations are very controversial. To take the consequences, this article focuses not only on a few singular personnel characteristics, but describes and discusses different typologies of entrepreneurs. |
