| Tiivistelmä: | This paper studies transaction costs changes arising from the introduction of the Internet in transactions between firms. The authors divide transaction costs into coordination costs and motivation costs. They classify coordination efficiencies into three categories: process improvements, marketplace benefits, and indirect improvements. |
