Tiivistelmä:The purpose of this paper is to update McIntosh's and Davies' paper "The sampling of non-domestic populations" (1970) and summarise the state of business sampling at the beginning of the twenty-first century. It also aims to encourage the reader to consider what work needs to be done to develop business sampling in the future, since the industry is facing a faster rate of change than at any point of the past.
