Tiivistelmä:After financial sector has been internationnalized, insight into country segments and international consumer segments has become of key strategic importance. The paper presents a multi-level latent class framework for obtaining simultaneously such country and consumer segments. The authors find that both country and consumer segments are highly interpretable. Also consumer segmentation is related to demographic variables.
