| Tiivistelmä: | Using Markovian analysis to ISTAT's labor market transition matrices this article confirms that gender discrimination changes the distribution of entrepreneurial talent between employees and self-employed workers. Therefore women are less likely to success as self-employed workers for they lack entrepreneurial talent and often have hardly any previous work experience. |
