| Tiivistelmä: | This study explores the daily managerial (hereafter as: mgr-ial.) behaviour of managers (here as: mgrs.) of small growth-orientated businesses (here as: s-g-o-buss.) contrasting it to previous research of large organisations' mgrs. It is also investigated if one owner-mgrs. functional experience is related to daily mgr-ial. activity. The study is based on direct observations of ten CEOs of s-g-o-buss. The provided evidence shows among others that organizational size is an important determinant of the nature of mgr-ial. work. |
