| Tiivistelmä: | The concept of translation is often used to describe and analyze organizational reforms, and presents an option to the new institutional argument of homogenization and stability as an institutional norm. Numerous studies have thus used translation to describe the complex and contradicting processes of translation. This paper focuses on the meaning and process of translation. The discussion departs from two field studies of the implementation of two new ideas in Swedish health care (original in Swedish). |
