| Tiivistelmä: | This paper introduces the issue of shared control (hereafter as: s-ctrl.) as a factor in the proper modeling of many multi-party (here as: m-pty.) relationships, such as that btw. a venture capitalist and entrepreneur. It is found that adding this degree of freedom to the standard m-pty. models, direct and indirect effects are generated. Under the most common circumstances, it is predicted that more potential for inefficiencies (e.g. pooling) will occur when parties share s-ctrl. |
