Tiivistelmä:This paper analyses a method to help retailers understand grocery consumers' store choice processes as a function of the connection between shopping motives, store attributes and risk dimensions helping them develop a clearer positioning strategy. Findings show that shoppers' motives are connected to time, financial, psychosocial and physical risk dimensions.
