Tiivistelmä: | This paper investigates the perceived importance of three organisational preconditions (awareness of formal ethics codes, decision-making techniques, and availability of resources) theorised to be crucial for ethics program effectiveness. The authors also examine the siginificance of ethical leadership and congruence between formal ethics codes and informal ethical norms in influencing employee perceptions. It is shown that employee perceptions of organisational preconditions, ethical leadership and informal ethical norms were related to perceptions of ethics program effectiveness. |
