| Tiivistelmä: | Contributing to the discussion on responsible leadership (here as: r-l.), this article gives an analysis of the inner theatre of a responsible leader. This is achieved by using narrative approach and taking Anita Roddick's biography as starting point when exploring through clinical and normative lenses the relationship between r-l. behavior and the underlying motivational systems. Current state of r-l. research is presented along with suggestions for r-l. |
