| Tiivistelmä: | Applying judgment and decision-making perspective, this study examines managerial behavior in situations with unethical overtones. Those tones are presented in managerial frame instead of ethical one. According to the model, managerial judgment leads to managerial action. The study uses a sample of 49 MBA-students to examine the effect taking an ethics course has on ethical and managerial judgment. It was found that taking an ethics course directly affects managerial judgment. |
