| Tiivistelmä: | A case study method was used to examine knowledge management (hereafter as KM) infrastructure and KM processes and their effects on the performance of KM practices. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze personal interviews from 83 managers working in Turkeys mobile communication industry. The survey indicated that KM infrastructure seems to be more important than KM processes for the performance of KM. However both contextual factors and application aspects of KM have positive influence on the performance of KM practices. |
