| Tiivistelmä: | The existing literature focuses mainly on explaining the conditions under which new career orientations emerge and the changes brought to individuals. However, this paper finds that there is no practical methodology to help individuals face the challenges of the future in a proactive manner. This position paper aims to develop a practical methodology (the PHCN for 'Personal Human Capital Navigator') to help individuals to systematically manage their personal human capital as to achieve their strategic objectives and results. |
