| Tiivistelmä: | This article's focus is on the artistic context and discussing leadership (henceforth as: l-ship) in artistic organizations (here as: art-orgs.) from the viewpoint of l-ship acceptance (as: acc). Despite myths such as "prima donnas", artists might be highly prone to accept l-ship as long as it is within the scope of artistic l-ship. However, the acc. of administrative l-ship might be a lot different. It might seem as if acc. of l-ship and leader styles in art-orgs. is different and dependent on whether one represents the art or the business. Indeed, l-ship in art-orgs. is paradoxical.
