| Tiivistelmä: | In this case study, the authors used discourse approach to review the communication strategies of employees working in multinational companies. The aim of the study was to identify intercultural communication problems using a combination of several qualitative methods like semi-structured interviews, documents and observation. The authors suggest that using computer-mediated communications and techniques it is possible to avoid communication problems in cross-cultural settings. |
