| Tiivistelmä: | Described is the construction and use of an organization climate instrument which was developed as a diagnostic tool for team climate characteristics in R and D and a springboard for initiating indepth discussions with R and D team leaders. A system of feedback was developed which comprised a computerized set of plots including climate mapping and location matrix. The development and use and associated form of feedback is a potential method for increasing the awareness of team members, project managers and team leaders of their work environment, and is a useful tool for initiating planned change. |
