| Tiivistelmä: | Comprehensive analyses, aimed at efficiency, are being made more and more often in nonprofit-organizations /NPO/. The most frequent method employed, which was developed for profit organizations, provides for the analysis of overhead values. It has been obvious for some time that these investigations are associated with many problems and thus incorporate major weaknesses.The reasons for these weaknesses were investigated and a method was developed for improving efficiency, which has already been applied with success. |
