| Tiivistelmä: | Difficulties occurred in the investment economic forecast in the early 80s are presented. Last years saw very important changes in traditional variables of investment: real interest rates reached a 20 year peak, enterprises' profits had been diminishing till 1982 when they started to grow again, real growth rates of French economy has remained very low after the second oil shock and finally, for the first time since decades economic growth and profits changed in the opposite direction. Due to these changes it was necessary to revise usual models and introduce models which contribute to the understanding of investment process. |
