| Tiivistelmä: | Any organizational analysis that claims to take into account the everyday realities of business practice must inevitably focus attention on power and micropolitics. Decision-making processes never revolve around technical issues alone and the aspect of power must always be considered. It is illustrated on example of the decision-making process leading to the structuring and introduction of business information systems. The decision-making limits for the individuals concerned are referred to as their ''decision corridor''. |
