| Tiivistelmä: | To provide a tentative framework for considering the relationship between energy and disillusionment, we use J. Davies' and R. Snell's research into disillusionment. Some practical processes and exercises are suggested which can be used to test out the assumptions made in the framework.We can have some insight into energising individuals who may be potential high-fliers, and who also may be currently disillusioned. |
