Tiivistelmä: | The phase-theorem says that decision processes are divided into activities e.g. problem-knowledge, data acquisition for and evaluation of alternatives. This theorem has not been proved practically up to now. Investigation leads to the result that the flow division given by the phase-theorem lays first of all in innovative situations, where the decision-maker cannot still look through the object-structure. Phase divisions of different sorts can be produced. If they should be activity or object-oriented in the single case, is however open. |
