| Tiivistelmä: | ScotRail's OMD course at the Outward Bound Centre, Ullswater provided a course with the individual in mind, recognizing the fact that we can expect a real contribution, if the individual's needs are catered for.The course involves all the senses in learning about one's self and one's relative position in life and at work.The participants were encouraged to express their fears, hopes, and expectations. The group functioned as a unit throughout the week, and the value of each individual was appreciated by the others. |
