| Tiivistelmä: | Financial innovations on money and capital markets are investigated. The whole range of services of the Swiss banks and the organizational structures of their international banking operations are described and discussed. The theoretical background of balance accounts is highlighted. New developments in the banking business are analyzed in their connection with money markets, credit markets and capital markets. Numerical examples are given to show how to implement some procedures in future-related transactions. Conclusions are drawn for the management of the banking business taking into account the banking law, the risks and opportunities. |
