| Tiivistelmä: | Identified and discussed are three different objectives of establishing and international transfer pricing policy - performance evaluation, motivation and goal congruence. Whenever performance evaluation systems are combined with the fluctuation in foreign exchange rates, transfer pricing policies will lead to presenting misleading and imperfect financial measures performance. Whenever international transfer pricing objectives lead to conflicting consequences, multinationals are forced to choose between achieving different objectives. |
