| Tiivistelmä: | All the literature is reviewed, which supports the use of content validity as a method of showing the job relatedness of assessment centers. It is suggested that content validity requires more than the careful construction of stimulus materials.How these stimulus materials are presented to candidates, and how responses are evaluated are also critical considerations in making judgement about content validity. |
