| Tiivistelmä: | The examination of the change in employee attitudes points to the following trends: perception of the company as a place to work has improved; perceptions of the ability of top management has improved; job challenge and job authority have increased; job security has declined; work pressure has increased; tangible rewards are not evident; level of departmental cooperation has decreased. The implications of the recent trends in employee attitudes for management are outlined. |
