| Tiivistelmä: | For all sorts of reasons (internal and external), the performances of a company may decline with time. It is therefore necessary to have a policy for projects and to adopt methods for evaluating them. Defined are the various phases of those methods (definition of the basic idea, definition of criteria, collection of necessary information, measurement of sensibility of results relating to the variation of data, decision making, planification and realization) and explained the benefit of a plural-minded "Task Force" whose duty will be to take care of the projects. |
