| Tiivistelmä: | A general overview is developed of the evaluation of investments projects and proposes six rules of good practice which lead to successful investments: strategic consistency, rigorous application of economic rules, systematic financial evaluation, development of a sufficient number of alternatives, sufficient attention to the qualitative factor, rigor in monitoring the implementation. In developing these rules, some of the evaluation principles are underlined which are advisable to adopt, in particular in the financial area, and problems most frequently encountered during the preparation of investment decisions, are mentioned. |
