| Tiivistelmä: | Strategic planning is considered the first step in the life cycle of a new human resources management system. The goal of such planning is to create a conceptual framework within which individual automation projects can be logically and technically integrated. Such a goal is achieved by developing a model of the business to be supported; determining which business functions and data would benefit from automation; integrating these automation priorities into a target system; developing a plan for transforming today's system into the desired system. |
