| Tiivistelmä: | Using assessment centers to determine individual attributes and skills is presented as more important than ever. A case study exemplifying the methods of an assessment center is developed. Applications of the methods are given in five steps. That failing to relate assessed skills to actual jobs can be overcome through a detailed analysis, a matrix and a nine-point rating scale, is pointed out. |
