| Tiivistelmä: | A number of pioneer companies are being formed these days. But it is a long way from the original idea to the successful realization. Crises can hardly be avoided in this process. The set-up phase is analysed to show what types of crisis situations could develop. The mismanagement crisis is examined. Other phases of a company life cycle are characterized by their own crisis situations. The company growth under the direct control of top management is characterized by crisis situations due to the lack of autonomy. The excess delegation of authority can lead to control crises. Too much coordination is a source of bureaucracy. A number of other factors contributing to some shorts crisis situations are identified. |
