| Tiivistelmä: | In the age of green consumerism more time must be spent on examining the ethics of business. The article gives ideas of how to go about this. The aim should be to create a climate that supports individual responsibility. But the personnel manager alone cannot be made responsible for a company's ethics. However they should be responsible for pointing out unethical behaviour and raising consciousness. |
