| Tiivistelmä: | The authors set out to discover whether management principles are in practice an effective instrument or merely a corporate ceremony. In order to answer this question, the authors examine managerial principles in the light of various criteria and suggest possible functions. In the next part managerial principles will be examined more closely with the help of concrete examples drawn from corporate practice. Various measures are suggested to help to put these principles into practice, to serve as a measure of their effectiveness - and to answer the opening question. |
