| Tiivistelmä: | Since the seventies the mechatronization, the application of the machines with microelectronic control has been developed very rapidly in Japanese firms. The author discusses this fact on the basis of the findings of several empirical researches, what influences the mechatronization has on works and workers in Japanese firms and what attitudes Japanese workers assume towards the mechatronization and in the mechatronized workshops. Thereby the paper made an effort to find some basic characteristics of rationalization in Japanese firms and to indicate some of their effects on the social life in Japan. |
