| Tiivistelmä: | In cases of legal challenge, administrators should ensure that employees selected to gather and analyze information for the defense understand archival data and have knowledge of the computer system that will produce the data. These employees should be fully cognizant of the implications resulting from an adverse ruling. It should never be assumed that personnel recruiters possess the ability to gather and analyze archival data merely because they are effective in the process of recruitment and placement. |
