| Tiivistelmä: | The Hungarian Public Opinion Research Institute revealed a long term plan for radio and TV reforms. It calls for differentiation between the 3 existing channels.They recommend a new commercial channel, HR 4. Besides the 3 channels, independent community-owned radio stations should operate. MTV1 and MTV2 should get equal air time, and broadcasting time should be extended. A third MTV channel is to start in 1995. |
