| Tiivistelmä: | Most tertiary educational institutions describe the the nature of MBA participants in terms of common demographic and educational statistics. Such variables are useful in constructing a basic categorisation of students but say little about their genuine qualities. The aim of this paper is to study the experience from a learner's perspective. This enables the measurement of the actual changes in the students' understanding of the MBA programme. |
