| Tiivistelmä: | The increasing importance of services as independent objects of economic activities in highly industrialized countries has strengthened research in this field by business economists. As publications show this research deals mainly with peculiar problems connected with the production of services. The aim of this paper is to call attention to the distribution of services. By means of a cursory description of commercial activities and economic problems of travel agencies some essential similarities and differences of enterprises trading with material goods and those trading with immaterial services are demonstrated. |
