| Tiivistelmä: | The results of an enquiry are resumed. Through this enquiry, the time management run by the managers was analyzed, the losing- and winning-time factors were listed. The managers were interviewed on four specific themes: energy management, well-defined objectives, the ability to say "no" and to delegate. The results confirmed the importance and necessity of fixation of objectives. Unexpected events and urgency, inability to say "no" and to set up priorities were the main losing-time factors. Setting up priorities, delegation, planning and ability to say "no" proved to be the key winning-time factors. |
