| Tiivistelmä: | The research is based on a sample of 59 entrepreneurs - 51 in small firms and 8 in large firms - from five countries. The implicit systemic model of each entrepreneur was mapped using the soft systems methodology. Data was gathered via indepth interviews and the people around them. The metamodel is a result of superimposing the models derived from each entrepreneur studied. |
